Why is the Community Speed Limit 17 MPH? 

To ensure the safety of all Community Residents and Children our speed limit is reduced to 17 MPH. In addition solar speed sensor signs are installed along with speed humps.

When are Garbage and Recycling Pickups Scheduled?

Pickups are Monday and Thursday Mornings at 6am. When a Holiday falls on a Pickup date refer to the website Community Calendar.

What is the proper way to store your Garbage and Recycling Can outside of a scheduled pickup?

IN YOUR GARAGE. Your cans can be stored outside if they are completely screened by landscaping or a L Shaped or Enclosed Surround on the side of your house is approved by the FaF HOA Board.
